The team at DreamMaker believes in a customer focus that gives our clients a world class remodeling experience. This means that we will seek to pay attention to details and do those little "extras" that just make things convenient and helpful for you.
Step 1.Meet with a DreamMaker Sales Consultant at our Idea-filled Showroom. They will listen to all of your wants and needs for your new bath and kitchen so they can incorporate your wishes and desires into your new space.
Step 2.The Sales Consultant will come and do a Home Survey. At this time they will take measurements and pictures, look at any structural, plumbing or electrical issues that will affect the design and estimate.
Step 3.Presentation. You will meet with your consultant again at the showroom and go over the designs and general proposal. For more complex projects, a Project Retainer may be required for further plans, designs and drawings.
Step 4. After the Project Retainer is given, more ideas and designs will be explored in order to create detailed specifications and a specific contract.
Step 5. After the Contract is signed and orders are placed, the sales consultant will arrange a Pre-Construction Meeting with our production staff to go over the schedule and process of the project.
Step 6.And the fun begins!!! Your consultant and lead carpenter will be the main contacts throughout the entire installation process. If you have any questions or concerns, please call them. They will do their best to ensure a quality installation and a fabulous finished space.
“We have one common goal at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen and that is to constantly exceed the expectations of our clients. We look forward to working with you on your next remodeling project.”
